UTC Filters are designed for continuous operation at the rated voltage at the operating temperatures specified by the MIL-STD. The temperature range is -55°F to + 125°F at the rated voltage. UTC Filters will meet or exceed all the requirements of MIL-PRF-I 5733 and MIL-PRF-28861.

 

Application:


Filters are used in circuits where both source and load impedance are high. Used on low impedance circuits will significantly reduce The filter's performance. L-section filters are used when the interfering source has a low or varying impedance. The discoidal multilayer construction completely isolates the input from the output making these filters effective at very high frequencies. Typical application are communication equipment, measuring and test equipment, microwave repeaters and for RF bypassing to ground.
